Hi Neil

That's an impressive list - you must have put a lot of work into compiling it.

Here's another one for the Scots:

Scottish National War Memorial http://www.snwm.org/ often has more details than the CWGC site.

The World War Two service papers for Australians are now available at http://www.naa.gov.au/the_collection/defen...ts/ww2/ww2.html

You can either order copies to be sent to you or some records are available for download as digital files.

I regularly take a look at the Who Are You? Where Are You? website which has listings and pictures of military scenes and personel. The website is free to join and they give you some free space to upload your own pictures too.

Once a member you can respond to other people's enquiries and pictures.

Some examples of the military pictures and questions are:

...and another one

Royal Monmouthshire Royal Engineers (Militia)

The museum in Monmouth website is at http://www.monmouthcastlemuseum.org.uk/
The museum archive has its own site at http://www.monmouthcastlemuseum-archives.org.uk/ which includes a searchable database of nearly 7000 entries from the enlistment registers, and a very comprehensive list of resources about the Regiment in other Archives.

Australian Military Resource

I have found this site to combine all Australian and New Zealand information about those in mounted service. Apart from naming every known person involved in the Boer War and Great War - in a mounted sense that is - with small bios of the men in the AIF, it has heaps of information about the Light Horse.

The site is:

Australian Light Horse Studies Centre

http://alh-research.tripod.com/Light_Horse/

Hope folks find it as useful as I have done.
